All information concerning the registration procedure and costs are presented here.
Covering the Expenses for Paper Publication
Do not jeopardize the publication of your work in the proceedings!
Please, read carefully the following information concerning the registration procedure that is presented in the Author's Kit , especially if you are the prospective presenter of an accepted paper or if you need to guarantee inclusion of your accepted paper in the proceedings. No exception is allowed.
An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the registration form, the copyright form and the full-fee payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed
BY 15 JANUARY 1 FEBRUARY 2010 - no exceptions.
One author registration will cover the publication expenses of TWO accepted papers, at most: for each additional accepted paper associated with the same registration, a 40 € printing contribution will be charged for each additional paper.
In the case no registration has been received and correctly processed to cover the paper publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.
To cover the registration expenses, authors must use the registration form which will be available on-line.
Services and Fees
The registration fees are as follows and must be paid in euros:

To qualify for student rates, a copy of the student identification card or an equivalent declaration signed by the institution must be provided with the copyright form. No exception.
Normal conference registration fees include entrance to all sessions, one copy of the CD-ROM proceedings, coffee breaks, and lunches, welcome reception and gala dinner.
Student registration includes all the above with the exception of the gala dinner.

Refund Policy
Conference registration will not be refunded (in full or partially) if it is required to cover the publication expenses of an accepted paper - no exception, even in the case of denied VISA.
Lunch and banquet tickets that are included in the registration fees will not be refunded if not used.
Additional lunch and banquet tickets will not be refunded after 20 March 2010.
Registration and Purchase
To register and cover the publication expenses, authors and all other attendees must use the form available on-line, in the WORK AREA. Fill in ALL information (INCLUDING all payment information) and pay the due registration fee.
Credit card is the preferred method of payment. For payment by bank transfer, you must add the 20 € processing fee charged by all banks. If you prefer not to provide your credit card information through the on-line secure connection, you can fill in the form with all data (except the credit card information), print and fax it to the address provided in the form.
DO NOT send your registration form by mail, AND by fax, AND by email. Registrations that have not been processed on-line will not be considered.
Registration Confirmation and Receipts
No registration confirmation will be sent to the registrants before the conference. If your registration has any problem, you will be contacted directly by the Fisalia. Receipts will only be given on-site, or in the case of absence, sent after the conference by mail.
